SHIT

You know that phase in your life where you isolate your self from everything , and everyone , and you just want to be alone and maybe disappear and never come back . Where your heart is full of hate , anger , rage ,annoyance …. and all that stuff ? Or is it just me ? Well I’m sure it’s not , right? Back me up here :) I know life can be unfair , hard , ugly , sad , dark , rotten , and favoring , I can go on all day long describing the life we live in , but what can that get me ? Nothing , because upsetting ourselves over life details will not change them nor fix them . Changing life starts inside you , your heart , your mind , your body , and your thoughts . But how ?

Before all else , we’re gonna have to sit down , take a breath , and think . Think about what’s causing this , what is the reason behind it all , how did it start ? When we put an answer to this , the healing begins . Yep , easy peasy am I right ? But then , we have to remember life is not easy , what makes us strong , what lifts us , what teaches us are those bumps we pass through . The bumps that caused all the isolating and anger . These crashes should be our motive to stand up and fight . IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD , it is only the beginning . All of us have different mind sets , we have our own unique ways to move on , and relax . No one should change that , if being alone is your thing to grow then go for it , if it’s crushing and destroying things go all out , if its shouting then give your all . However while you are doing your thing you should remember that you are in control , you got this , you are unstoppable , you are strong . SAY IT ‘’ I AM IN CONTROL , I AM UNSTOPPABLE , I GOT THIS , I AM STRONG , I AM FREE , I AM ALIVE , THIS IS NOT THE END , NOTHING CAN AFFECT ME ‘’.

Let me share something with you real quick , right now I am a total mess , I’m disgusted , irritated , sore . I am going through a hard patch . It’s been a month or so , I totally hate my life and everything around me. However I reached a point where I’m bored with my current situation I wanna move on , I want to fucking thrive because IAM IN CONTROL , I AM STRONG , I GOT THIS SHIT , I AM UNIQUE , BEAUTIFUL , SMART , FREE , juts like you . Its time to step up and move my ass . I’m gonna be honest with you I don’t have the power nor the energy nor the mindset withal that I’m gonna force my self to get better even if its going to be hard . Nothing is easy in life NOTHING . I mean what is life without these ups and downs . I know no one asked for this path but what can we do ? We are not going to sit around and be depressed , no , we are going to shine . Yes , life isn’t fair , equal , or even . Some people have the life we want , they’ve got everything , the money , the looks , the success , that AirPod , or that car . Yet that should be our impulse to push through to be stronger so that we can get what we want .

In fine , breathe ,get your butts up , throw you excuses in that garbage , go make a difference , do not fear , healing is a journey that starts with you . You gotta wear your passion , fail a million times and push your self , trust me its worth it .
