Leader ship is the quality in which person form a team and lead all of in same goal with efficiently. Everyone has leader in their inner side but not all can recognize it until a situation arises. When deserted situation arise a lead rise and lead the group and set the situation and every thinking falls back to the normal.

Leader form the team and great leader has four core elements in their team that is:Contribution, communication, Co-operation,Commitment.

Contribution: leader not just gives order to their team member but also play their part to show best possible direction to the teammates. Communication: leader tries to communicate with each and every members of team even he/she has smallest role in the team and hear their voices. Co-operation: leader makes sure that he/she and all team member shows commitment with each other. Commitment: he shows full commitment to the group and wants full commitment from the group.

Leader is the critical thinker

We think that we can solve situation just by thinking a solution but problem become easy if person about it thoroughly and critically we can go depth of problem and one of the quality of leader is he is a critical thinker. When problem arise he goes through each and every solution and look it pros and corns of success and best possible solution of that problem.

Knows the art of problem identification

One of the quality of leader is he knows the art that how to solve problem he well aware of the rule of IDEALS I: for identification of problem, D: for define the context. E: enumerate the choices, A: analyze the options. L: list the reason of explicitly. S: self correct.

Knows the rules of feedback:

He knows how to give his opinion on the work of his team members without hurting them pointing out and when and how appreciate his team member for their work without hurting their self respect .he knows that how to motivate the team and how to lead them toward the core goal

Every person has this kind of qualities and hidden leader but we need to recognize it.
