My chickens and I have reached our Medium Partnership Program goal for the month of January. So we want to share some writers and articles written by others to help give them a boost. We have selected the theme “Love Looks Like This.” We plan to do this through to the end of January. We hope you will show these writers some love.

Here is one of my favorites with a beautiful main photograph.

To be honest, there are times that I will read and then reread Patricia’s articles simply because there is a photograph of Cooper. I love Cooper.

I think my chickens would love him too. He would make them feel protected and loved because he has a good heart. You can see it in his eyes.

Along with learning a lot about Cooper, you can learn a lot about Patricia and her perspective on losing her sight. Growing up as an autistic child who most people thought needed to be “fixed,” I especially appreciated this article about not wanting to be “fixed.” (It also includes a great photo of Cooper.)
